At 1Bridge Connect, we proudly support a diverse community of small businesses and independent vendors. Because of this unique marketplace model, return and refund policies may vary by seller. We encourage all customers to review the individual seller’s return policy before purchasing.
General Return Guidelines:
- All sales are considered final unless otherwise stated by the specific vendor at the time of purchase.
- If a return is permitted, items must be returned in their original condition within 7 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
- Items marked as “Final Sale,” “Non-Returnable,” or perishable goods (including handmade, custom, or personal care items) are not eligible for return or exchange.
