As President and Chief Operating Officer of 1Bridge Connect, a retail and fulfillment center supporting local small businesses, Autumn leads strategic operations, process optimization, and customer experience initiatives. She is also the Founder of ADQM Solutions, where she provides personalized coaching and consulting to entrepreneurs and small business owners in areas such as strategy, marketing, and organizational leadership.

Imani has 10+ years of retail experience in her hometown in Philadelphia also known as "Philly" where she facilitated all aspects in retail and management.  

She loves working with the underdogs with a determination for the “little guy” to always win. "It's the mom and pop stores and small business owners with products worthy of the world seeing for me because everybody deserves to win", says Imani. 

Her experience has led her to work with Fortune 500 companies where she utilizes prioritization, networking and the ability to negotiate daily.  Imani is experienced in coordinating and organizing events with local communities to increase financial awareness, build stronger relationships and increase partnerships
